PET FLAKES:

We have been processing PET bottles waste into PET washed flakes since 2003. We have 2 automatic Washing lines with a capacity of 25tons per day. We sort out the bottles manually so that we can be sure of any impurities within. After sorting, we do crushing of the flakes and then it’s been washed in Hot water in a temperature of 95C or Cold water (as per buyer’s requirements) along with Different washing chemicals.

Our PET FLAKES have normally the following characteristics

• Melting Point: 250C to 260C
• IV: 0.78-0.82
• Total Impurities: 8-9ppm
• PVC ratio in Hot washed: 200ppm-300ppm
• PVC ratio in Cold washed: 300ppm to 400ppm
• Flake size: 10-15mm
• Packing in PP bags (30-35Kgs each bag)
